Just had to share with you both...after just 2 weeks of putting my Jon on L-Arginine his readings have changed dramatically!

He is chronologically 57 years old and his first blood pressure mean reading was 178/113 with a SI index of 5 with a biological age of 72

Now 2 weeks later having taken 4 x L-Arginine per night and more recently two in the morning as well (recommended by Dr Bill Read) his results are:

His BP is 154/87 and his SI index is 3 with a Biological age of 62yrs..that is a 10 yrs improvement! And that was taken at the end of the day, when he did not want to do it and said he was too stressed..but the results are spectacular.I have not seen his blood pressure this low - ever!
